The Edmonton Rocketry Club is dedicated to the promotion of rocketry activities in the Edmonton area.
We are a group of individuals interested in building and (safely) flying rockets of all sizes and power classifications. We fly everything from small model rockets on A thru G impulse motors, to large sophisticated models equipped with electronics and cameras. These larger rockets are launched at CAR (Canadian Association of Rocketry) sanctioned events using high power motors in the H thru K impulse range.
We maintain an affiliation with the Calgary Rocketry Association.
All members are encouraged to join the Canadian Association of Rocketry.
All that we ask is that you bring your enthusiasm for the sport and a responsible attitude towards safety.
 The Edmonton Rocketry Club wishes to acknowledge and thank Alberta Sport, Recreation, Parks and Wildlife Foundation for the provision of a $1,000 grant to the club. The grant monies were used to invest in the clubs new automatic digital launch control system and pads. |
